Accommodation
A limited number of rooms have been reserved on behalf of conference delegates who are attending onsite at several hotels near the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. Accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated when a booking is received. To secure the conference accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process. The booking deadline is Friday 17 May 2024.
Please indicate your estimated time of hotel arrival during the booking process. If you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released.
Please notify your requests for changes or cancellation by email directly to the Conference Organiser. Be aware each hotel has its own cancellation policy from 30 days prior to arrival ranging from one night cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee depending on the date of cancellation. Please ensure you understand the policy for the hotel you are booking.
If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the conference, please specify your requirements in the special instructions field during the accommodation booking process. Availability and rates will be checked with the hotel before your reservation is fully confirmed.
Please note that payment of accommodation is not taken at the time of completing an online conference registration, however a credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your room with the hotel. Between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival, hotels may charge this credit card for part or all of your accommodation charges. Please ensure you understand each hotel’s payment policy.

Standard queen
These rooms have one queen size bed – many with views over Mount Coot-tha. The rooms include free Wi-Fi, 48-inch HD LCD LED Televisions, latest movies on demand, Apple TV/ Screen sharing and relevant kitchen facilities and appliances.
Check-in is available from 2.00pm. Check-out is prior to 10.00am.

Rydges Southbank will charge guests a one night deposit approx. 30 days prior to arrival to the credit card they provide upon booking. Full payment for all remaining accommodation must be made on check-in. All incidental charges incurred during your stay must be settled on check-out.

Ivy & Eve Apartments is within a prime location in the heart of South Brisbane and just a short walk to Brisbane’s entertainment and exhibition precinct. The level 5 resort style accommodation includes a recreation and relaxation deck including an outdoor cinema, swimming pool, gymnasium and yoga room.
From A$229 per night. A minimum two night stay is required.

The apartments boast well-appointed, fully equipped kitchens, including full size fridges, gas stovetops and large ovens.
